Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return items unworn, in their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Please include your dispatch note and let us know whether you’d prefer a refund or an exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To make sure your return gets back to us safely, we recommend using a tracked or signed-for service. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

If your order included any promotional items or free gifts, please return these with the item.

For international orders, refunds are processed in the original payment currency. Any exchange rate differences are outside of our control.
